Step into the entrancing universe that is Estuary Tapes, an independent label nestled between Dinan and St-Brieuc in Brittany, France. As the name suggests, Estuary Tapes unites the calm tranquility of murky waters with agitated tides to form a hypnotic musical experience. Like a rich ecosystem, an array of music genres embrace one another with ease. With Brittany’s coastlines and countryside o ering a unique source of inspiration to the label, their up-and-coming releases transport us back to a sort of dark celtic mysticism, a colorful serenity, an unfinished quest. Promising to bridge together local spirit and the global scene, Estuary Tapes is the artist’s playground, a safe place of expression for emerging artists, managing events to carefully developed releases. Milan-based electronic music producer nICo unveiled his debut solo EP, “Unexplored Earths” on label Estuary Tapes in May 2024. After several weeks of work, the label is proud to unveil the remixed edition, featuring contributions from several prominent names in the electronic scene : MR TC, Michal Turtle, Steve Pepe, A-Tweed and Oltrefuturo. These new versions of nICo’s tracks bring another dimension to the EP with a much more dub-oriented approach. A-Tweed, Oltrefuturo, delivers a gems crafted for the dancefloor.
