It’s been a while since Club Mackan’s last release, but good things are worth the wait—especially when music is your passion. We’re thrilled to present our latest release, Your Passion, from Berlin-based artist Schiela. With this release we’re taking one step forward into the 90s. And as always, we like our music synth-heavy, and this is no exception. Featuring two original tracks and two remixes by Cyda and Neurotiker. Schiela’s originals would perhaps best be described as EBM-influenced House. Or House-y EBM? It doesn’t really matter how you label it, but true for both originals are that they are very driven by their epic synthesizers. Cyda brings his passion for 90s House into the mix with a classic house organ that totally makes the remix his own while staying very true to the original. Neurotiker, on the other hand, keeps us in the 80s with his passion for mean EBM-inspired basslines while lush soundscapes and shimmering arpeggios decorate the rest of the track. Whether your heart beats for the 80s or the 90s, House or Indie Dance, or somewhere in between, there’s something for you in Your Passion.
