Borneo Records welcomes Swedish made, Berlin-based “DJ City” aka Johan Norling for their ninth release, delivering two deep dance floor cuts referencing and paying homage to his childhood idols, crafted by combining well-known building blocks into future classics.

Our favorite cut out of this playful and energetic EP is “5426261” whose percussion and somewhat off-tune melodies roll out with its light texture and molded percussion invites the listener to venture into an imaginary Mediterranean location right before dawn.
