The Turkish word “Baba” translates to “Daddy” in English. This track by Berkay Mete showcases powerful drums, rhythmic percussive synths, and captivating arpeggios, all weaving together to tell a compelling story. The lyrics of the first verse translate to: “Tell us to die, Daddy, and we will die, alright! Tell us to smile, Daddy, and we will smile, alright!” In the second verse, the lyrics boldly proclaim: “I’m your daddy. Whatever I say shall happen.”
